The Strategist.

Richard is the man with the plan. As General Manager, he's responsible for KGC's strategic direction and building the commercial relationships that keep our network growing. Buyers trust him. Sellers respect him. And partners know he delivers.

With a background in engineering and international trade, Richard brings a unique blend of technical know-how and business acumen to every deal. He's spent years understanding the gold market, not just the numbers, but the people, the politics, and the nuances that make or break a transaction.

When Richard talks to a buyer or seller, he's not just making a deal. He's building a relationship that lasts.

The Executor.

If Richard is the strategist, Michael is the engine. As Operations Manager, he oversees every moving part of the transaction process from the moment a seller reaches out to the moment they get paid. Verification, documentation, logistics, shipment. Michael makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

With experience in business management and operational coordination, Michael is the guy who turns plans into action. He's detail-oriented, systematic, and relentless about getting things done right.

Michael's understanding of the regional gold market means he can navigate complex transactions with ease. He's the calm in the storm when things get complicated and they often do in this industry.
